Shipping information

Rugs, rug pads and accessories ordered on this site are delivered Australia-wide by courier from our Castle Hill warehouse. Flooring, carpet, blinds and curtains are quoted, supplied and installed by our own team across Sydney and New South Wales and are not shipped as parcels – see Returns & Shipping Details.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on rug orders over $99 to most Australian addresses. For other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout from the size of the item and your delivery address – enter your postcode on any product page for an estimate.

We are unable to offer free or promotional shipping to every location. The following remote postcodes are excluded from shipping promotions:

How long will my order take?

• In-stock rugs are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days to metro areas and longer to regional and remote addresses.
• Custom-made and made-to-measure items can take up to 8 weeks; we confirm the lead time when you order.
• Items in one order may ship separately – rug pads and accessories are normally sent in their own package.

How do I track my order?

Orders ship with a range of couriers. Where tracking is available we email you the tracking number when your order leaves us. Questions about a delivery: sales@maynerugsandflooring.com.au.

Receiving a large rug

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

• Visible damage to the packaging: open the parcel while the driver is present, note the damage on the delivery record, and refuse the delivery if the rug is damaged beyond use. Signing for a parcel without noting damage can make a later courier claim harder.
• Damage found after opening: email photos to sales@maynerugsandflooring.com.au within 48 hours and keep the packaging. We will organise a replacement and handle the claim with the courier for you.

Collecting in person

Prefer to pick up? Email or call us before you order and we can arrange collection of your rug from our Castle Hill showroom.
